Terms & Conditions for Golden Eagle TRS

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made through Golden Eagle TRS. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 Bookings and Payments

  1. a) To make a booking or purchase a service, you must provide your personal information and payment details. By providing this information, you confirm that it is accurate and complete.
  2. b) We reserve the right to cancel any booking or transaction at our discretion.
  3. c) Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with us.
  4. d) Prices quoted are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
  5. e) You are responsible for any charges incurred by your bank or payment provider in connection with your payment.

 Cancellation and Refunds

  1. a) If you cancel a booking, cancellation fees may apply. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the terms and conditions of the service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, tour operator).
  2. b) If we cancel a booking or service, we will provide you with a full refund.
  3. c) Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original booking.

 Changes and Amendments

  1. a) If you wish to make changes or amendments to a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or amendments will be possible.
  2. b) If changes or amendments are possible, additional fees may apply.

 Travel Documents and Visa Requirements

  1. a) It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa, and that you comply with all entry requirements of your destination country.
  2. b) We can assist you with visa processing for some countries, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued.
  3. c) We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents or comply with entry requirements.

 Liability and Indemnity

  1. a) We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay that may occur during your travel, unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
  2. b) We are not liable for any acts or omissions of third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  3. c) You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

 Dispute Resolution

  1. a) Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
  2. b) The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

 Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms and conditions by posting a notice on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
